About the event

This will be a fun evening for those interested in making the most of the winter months by finding ways to have fun, de- stress and breathe.

Visit Woodhaven Space, in Woking. A purpose built, healthy eco smart venue designed with wellbeing at its foundation that is perfect for workshops, meetings and retreats.

The evening will start with canapes and mulled wine, by Holly Sugars from Food Envy London.

You will hear from:

Cath Wallace from Not Just Travel who will have you packing your bags and ready for take off with ideas on travel that shortens the winter and beat the winter blues.

Jeremy from CBD helps health. Jeremy will explain what it is, the potential health benefits, and what to look for if you’re thinking of buying CBD.

Nicky Yates will share some winter essential oils for relaxation and warmth from the inside out.

Monique Parker from Nutrition for You will talk about what to do to stay healthy throughout he winter with nutrition, supplements and lifestyle tips

Amanda Weller from Quantum Being will share ideas on how to connect easily and quickly to your internal peaceful place, so you can have a relaxing break anytime, anywhere.
