Woodhaven is peaceful, private, healthy and each client has exclusive use of the whole venue for their booking.

There are seven rooms available for use at your event: three on the Subterranean level include the presentation studio, Barbados; four on the Ground Floor include the Dining/Board Room and the Drawing Room which can be combined into one space.

Woodhaven also has its own private freshwater pool and HydropoolTM hot-tub. This can be booked by private arrangement. The pool utilises oxygen and ozone for cleaning and the hot-tub uses bromine making both more suitable for sensitive/allergy skin.

The landscaped garden is also available for the duration of your event and provides the perfect, tranquil backdrop if your event is to be photographed, or for team-building games.

With exclusive use of the venue, our dedicated in-house team provide you with exceptional and professional event management.

Woodhaven is perfectly situated in Horsell, Surrey just 25 minutes from London Waterloo. Woking station is one mile from the venue and provides easy links by rail, bicycle, walking or taxi. There is also onsite parking should you wish to come by car. We have space for around 12-15 cars on the drive.
