COVID-19 SAFE

Here at Woodhaven, we’ve been working very hard behind the scenes to continue to support the Events industry in a safe way. We recognise the importance of bringing people together - whether for a corporate conference, a boutique micro-wedding or a remembrance celebration for a loved one. Life still needs to continue and we have made it our mission to adapt to these changing times.

There are a number of options we can offer to support you to hold your event. We have revised our capacities and floor plans to enable smaller events to continue in a socially-distanced, COVID19- compliant way.

We are also able to offer hybrid event options if delegates/guests are unable to attend in person.

So far, when out of lockdown restrictions, we have held a number of micro-weddings, virtual corporate away days and even recording sessions for podcasts. Hybrid conferences and live events have involved the speakers broadcasting LIVE here from Woodhaven, using our impressive Fibre optic hi-speed internet and interacting with their national/global audiences via the tech support using AV systems set-up in our studios.

There are a number of rooms available for use at your event. To comply with COVID19 regulations of social distancing, we can cater for the following amount of guests in each room.

Due to COVID19 restrictions, all events are limited to a maximum number of 30 guests (15 for ‘support groups’) although this is under constant review.

The spa is closed at present due to COVID-19.

When it is reopened, it is for ages 16+ only.

We are also able to offer fast and efficient COVID-19 tests*. We have both Antibody blood tests and Antigen Swab tests, manufactured in the UK, providing accurate results in minutes.

On arrival at Woodhaven, we have guidelines in place for temperature checks, UK made moisturising hand sanitisers and Covid cleaning solutions and a QR code for track and trace.

Masks should be worn throughout the duration of your time here at Woodhaven, except when eating or drinking. Our team will wear Covid-safe PPE at all times.

Before booking any event, please ensure you are following current Government guidelines. Our COVID19 guidelines are updated regularly in line with these.

*Tests available at an additional cost per individual test (cheaper for groups). Results available within 10 minutes (Blood test) or 15 minutes (Antigen test).
